The Delock power cable with a 3-pin male and 3-pin female connector is a 30 cm extension for connecting a cooler or fan to the motherboard. It lets you route the power connection more flexibly inside the case. The conductors are 22 AWG wire, and the overall length including the connectors is about 30 cm.
The cable requires a free 3-pin connector on the motherboard that supplies power to the cooler. One end has a 3-pin plug and the other a matching 3-pin socket, so the cable fits directly between the motherboard and the cooler.
The cable is supplied on its own in a poly bag. It weighs just 10 g and is a simple way to extend existing fan connections in a PC case.
