    Csuta millet flour is a 250 g pack of finely ground millet, suitable for use as an ingredient in the home kitchen. It can be added to porridges and soups, where it works as a thickener, and it can be used in bread baking at a proportion of up to 30%, combined with other flours.

    Millet flour is a versatile addition to everyday cooking. A small amount is enough to give soups and porridges more body without changing their taste much, while in bread it brings a mild, slightly nutty character to the crumb.
