Cremor pistachio cream 20% 240 g

Crem’Or pistachio cream contains 20% pistachio and offers a rich, nutty flavour in a smooth, easily spreadable texture. It works well on its own and is especially suited to croissants, while also serving as a filling or base ingredient for homemade cakes, macarons, biscuits and puddings.

The cream is made with sugar, sunflower oil and vegetable fats such as coconut oil and cocoa butter, combined with pistachio, low-fat milk powder and whey powder. Sunflower lecithin acts as the emulsifier, and flavourings are added. The product is palm oil free.

The manufacturer, Policom, selects its raw materials with care, favouring ingredients of Italian and Mediterranean origin. The label warns that traces of peanuts, hazelnuts, soy and other tree nuts may be present.
