    This Coppenrath biscuit is gluten-free and lactose-free, with a filling of fine vanilla cream inside a cocoa-flavoured shell. The 300 g pack is a convenient size for everyday snacking or taking along.

    The biscuit is made from rice flour, maize starch, potato starch and tapioca starch, with low-fat cocoa powder added. The filling is flavoured with natural Bourbon vanilla extract and other natural flavourings. Palm fat is used as the fat, and soy lecithin acts as an emulsifier to keep the texture even.

    This biscuit suits anyone following a gluten-free or lactose-free diet, and anyone who enjoys a sweet snack with chocolate notes and vanilla cream.
