The Colmi R10 continuously analyzes heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SPO₂), stress levels and body temperature. The device works independently, but if you connect to the Qring application via Bluetooth, it automatically synchronizes and updates the data.

Sleep and regeneration analysis

The device accurately captures the length and quality of the sleep, distinguishing its stages: deep sleep, easy sleep and awakening time. You can find detailed reports in the application to help identify your sleep -influencing habits and improve your sleep quality.
