COLMI R03 9 gold

The Colmi R03 gold smart ring is a unisex wearable that tracks health and training data directly on the finger. It measures heart rate and blood oxygen levels, monitors sleep including sleep stages and quality, and records steps, calories burned and distance covered. Twenty-one sport modes are available. Data is sent via Bluetooth 5.0 to the QRing app, which is compatible with Android and iOS and produces daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Made from titanium alloy, the ring weighs just 4.7 g and is rated IP68 and 5 ATM waterproof, so it can be worn during swimming and intense workouts. Battery life is around 3 to 5 days, and charging takes about one hour. The included charging case with 200 mAh capacity stores the ring safely and recharges it via USB-C.
