    The COLMI R02 in black is a smart ring for tracking health and fitness in everyday life. It monitors heart rate, sleep and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), and counts steps and calories burned. Twenty-one sport modes are available for training, including walking, running, cycling, yoga and aerobics. Data syncs via Bluetooth to the dedicated QRing app, where you can review activity and health reports.

    Weighing only 4.4 g with a thickness of 2.7 mm, the ring is comfortable to wear all day. The outer shell is polished stainless steel, and the inside uses hypoallergenic resin. Its IP68 rating means it can stay on during handwashing, showering or rain.

    The 17 mAh battery lasts up to 6 days on a full charge. The included magnetic cable recharges the ring in about one hour.
