    Erythritol is a practically calorie-free, natural and tooth-friendly sugar substitute. Its sweetness is about 70% compared to xylitol or granulated sugar. Stevia mixed with erythritol is a sweetener without aftertaste. 100% natural. Erytvia is four times sweeter than granulated sugar, so you only need to use a quarter as much as beet sugar or xylitol. There are practically no absorbable carbohydrates in the product, its glycemic index and calorie content are also zero. It is suitable as a complete sugar substitute, for food and drinks, and for making jams.
