COATES Drawing charcoal set 5-6 mm 6-piece

This set contains six willow charcoal sticks with a diameter of roughly 5 to 6 mm. The medium thickness is one of the most popular sizes and suits sketching, drawing and studies that call for a range of line widths. The charcoal is deep black, soft and smooth in texture, and contains no additives, so it applies cleanly to paper.

The sticks are comfortable to hold and allow both soft gradations and bold, dark areas. As a natural product, the dimensions are approximate, and one end of a stick may be thicker than the other.
