An era has ended in the distant land of Ethnos, leaving nothing but dust and ashes. The six provinces were depopulated, their inhabitants scattered in all directions. But from their ashes a new age is rising. The time has come for a capable leader to forge the clans of Ethnos into a strong alliance and harness their abilities to bring all the provinces under his control.

Are you smart and wise enough to be the next emperor of Ethnos to usher in the new golden age?

The game pits 1-6 players against each other for the imperial throne of Ethnos. Recruit allies from among the 12 scattered clans and organize them into teams to expand your rule over all the provinces.

But be careful, the loyalty of allies does not last forever. The ones you don't select when building a team will leave you, which will be grist for your rivals. You also need to carefully consider which ally should be the team leader, as only leaders can use their special ability.

The player who earns the most fame by the end of the Third Age becomes the new Emperor of Ethnos, and thus the winner.
