Grow fresh arugula in your indoor herb garden!

Arugula is an aromatic, peppery salad green. Also known as Rocket, Roquette, Rugula and Rucola, this green is all too popular in Italian cuisine. And super healthy! Several studies have suggested that increasing consumption of plant foods such as arugula reduces the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease while promoting a healthy complexion and overall lower weight.

Advantages of Click & Grow arugula:

- High content of vitamins A, C, K and many other healthy minerals and vitamins
- Super easy to grow all year round in the Click & Grow indoor herb garden
- Arugula can easily be included in any meal for a healthier diet
- No GMOs, pesticides or herbicides, just pure food
- Edible plant.
- Germinates: in 7-14 days
- Harvest: 5-6 weeks
- Grows best: 18°C-24°C
- It may appear to grow slowly at first. Once germinated, growth will soon accelerate.
- You can start harvesting individual leaves about three to four weeks after planting, or you can harvest the whole plant after five weeks of cultivation.
- Please note that arugula is a heat-sensitive plant and grows better when the temperature is between 18 and 22 °C. High temperatures inhibit germination and promote twisting.
- Harvest the entire pod within five to six weeks, then it has the best taste and highest nutritional value.
- When the arugula begins to bloom, you can decorate your food with these edible little white flowers. But don't expect to grow more edible leaves once the plant is ready after flowering.
