Grow aromatic lavender at home!

Lavender oil has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Use lavender in baked goods or simply keep it nearby to spice up your decor.

- The number of lavender seedlings per pod is not limited if you grow it only for the herb. Just let it bloom! If you want to see it in flower, we recommend reducing the number of seedlings to five.
- Lavender growth may seem slow at first. Eventually, it quickly begins to produce stems.
- You only need a lamp arm to grow lavender! If the light is set too low, it can burn your blooming plants. If the light is set too high, the plants will be leggy and bloom later than normal.
- In about a month you should be ready to harvest the first leaves. Gently cut off the tops of the plant, leaving at least two pairs of true leaves to grow. There will be more to harvest soon! If you want lavender to bloom, don't cut it.
- If the lavender bloomed, it would be good if you could cut it back in half. New green growth will appear soon!
- Cutting it is the key to a continuous supply of lavender grass!
- The lavender herb is also good for drying, so you can save it for later.
