CISCO CBS220-8P-E-2G-EU

The Cisco CBS220-8P-E-2G is a smart Gigabit Ethernet switch from the Cisco Business 220 series, designed for small and medium-sized networks. It provides eight Gigabit PoE+ ports that can power devices such as IP phones and cameras over the network cable, plus two SFP uplink ports for connecting to upstream network equipment. The PoE budget is 65 watts, with up to 30 watts per port under IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at.

Its fanless design runs quietly, making it well suited to offices and desktop environments. The switch supports VLAN, QoS, DHCP snooping and Layer 2 functions, and can be managed through a web interface or SNMP. Security features include ACLs, port security, IEEE 802.1X authentication, and SSH, SSL and DoS protection.

Setup and remote management are handled through the Cisco Business Dashboard and its mobile app. The unit can be placed on a desk or mounted in a 19-inch rack.
