The CARNEO RING No.1 in black is a smart ring with a metal finish that measures heart rate, blood oxygen level and blood pressure. It can also track stress, BMI, distance covered, calories burned and sleep quality. The built-in 17 mAh battery provides 3 to 5 days of operation according to the manufacturer, and the charging case can extend its runtime by up to a month. Data is viewed in the CARNEO FIT app, which is available in Hungarian and works with both iOS and Android.

With IP68 protection, the ring is fully water- and dust-resistant and can be worn while swimming. It supports up to 20 sport modes, showing heart rate, distance, calories and total activity time, and can display your route on a map using the phone's GPS. Sleep tracking covers total sleep duration, deep and light sleep periods and REM phases.
