"János Arany once believed that he could find pieces of the lost Hungarian heroic epic in the stories of the Hun-Hungarian folklore. I myself search in the oldest layers of the Hungarian folktale treasure for a similar purpose. Among these tales, Fehérlófia expresses the most important for the young and old people of all times: worthy, hard for our great goals we have to fight, and if there is no other way out, we have to sacrifice some of ourselves." Ferenc Buda
