Product description
The 6-inch design of the BRESSER Messier Planetary Dobson Telescope is very special. Despite its low price, it offers a wide range of functions and quality, which you sometimes look for in much more expensive devices in vain. With the 150 mm aperture and 1200 mm focal length of this high-quality BRESSER Newtonian optic, observation of the Moon, planets and planetary nebulae is particularly well possible.
The Moon's craters and grooves, as well as the rapidly changing shadows cast by the so-called terminator line, are exciting observation targets. Saturn with its impressive rings, Jupiter with its cloud bands and the movement of its clearly visible moons, the crescent shape of Venus and the glowing red Mars are good examples of what this telescope can be used for.
Thanks to the long focal length, you can easily achieve the high magnifications required with this telescope. No need for expensive special lenses. In short, this is a telescope primarily for detailed observation. However, bright deep-sky objects such as the Orion Nebula or the Messier 81 and 82 galaxies, etc., can also be observed.
You can start observing right away, because in addition to the telescope, the kit also includes the following accessories: a 6x30 optical finder and a 25 mm SPL eyepiece. It is possible to transport the device as compactly as possible, as the stand for the new 6'' BRESSER Messier Dobson telescope can be disassembled in a few simple steps, as the parts are assembled with metal quick connectors.
Please note that Newtonian reflector binoculars are very good for astronomical observation of the starry sky, but not suitable for daytime observation of nature and landscapes. We therefore recommend BRESSER lens telescopes for nature and landscape observation.
