BOSCH PIV975DC1E Serie 8 induction hob 90 cm Black

This Bosch Serie 8 induction hob is a 90 cm built-in unit with five cooking zones, finished in black. Its zones come in several diameters, including two of 210 mm and a triple-circuit zone, so pans and pots of different sizes can be used. Induction heats the base of the cookware directly, and each zone detects when a pan is placed on it.

The PerfectFry sensor controls the temperature while you cook and adjusts it when needed, helping food cook evenly. PowerBoost raises the power of the zones for faster heating, and PanBoost heats pans and coated cookware more quickly. The DirectSelect Premium control panel offers 17 power levels, a timer and a child lock, and it shows only the functions you currently need.

The glass ceramic surface is durable and easy to clean. An automatic switch-off and a residual heat indicator add to everyday safety. Please check the dimensions in the installation drawing before fitting the hob.
