The Bosch BITURBO GBH 18V-40 C Professional is a cordless SDS max rotary hammer for drilling and chiselling concrete, masonry and stone, with drilling capacity up to 40 mm. Its brushless BITURBO motor, paired with the ProCORE18V battery, delivers 9 joules of impact energy per blow, which the manufacturer rates on a par with corded hammer drills. The compact design lets you work with a single battery, so the tool stays easy to move around the site.

An integrated LED light illuminates dark work areas. KickBack Control detects a sudden loss of control, for example when the bit jams, and switches off the hammer to reduce the risk of hand and arm injuries. The Bluetooth interface, together with the optional GCY 42 module and the Bosch Toolbox app, lets you select operating modes, adjust settings and monitor the tool's status in real time.
