Boreal is an exciting two -man card game where you are looking for two curious and frightening explorers who are searching for the abandoned ruins of the old world. Your goal is to find and explore the ancient forgotten knowledge and build a pyramid you have never seen before.

During the game, there are two phases: discovery and relaxation. During the discovery phase, you can build new locations into your pyramid or search for new cards to use them later to develop your knowledge. During the relaxation phase, you can collect new compasses that will help you to explore new opportunities and bring you closer to the goal: to build the most knowledgeable pyramid.

You can gain valuable knowledge through the on -site cards and historic cards while your pyramid is gradually built. Combining cards is key, as each decision determines when and how to build the most valuable pyramid.

The game lasts until one of you builds a pyramid of 10 cards. The winner will be the one who has gathered the most knowledge during construction.
