Bíró József - Hungarian művészet and erdélyi művészet

Product description
This short study is far from covering all issues of Transylvanian art history. Not only because László Kőváry's statement that Transylvania is a rich, unknown museum is still true today. The complete art topography of Transylvania is still an unfulfilled dream. Proportionately, the Saxons took the most exhaustive inventory of the memories related to them. The Romanian art historians themselves have repeatedly stated that they are at the beginning of their tasks, and that Hungarian art - numerically it can claim the greatest number of memories - has entire eras, especially the newer ones, unwritten. Everything makes it clear that there is no question of a summary yet. The purpose of this paper is only to point out a few basic points, which are essential for an objective scientific opinion.
