    This sour cherry jam sweetened with birch sugar (xylitol) offers a fuller-flavoured alternative to conventional sugary preserves. It is made from sour cherries and apples, sweetened with xylitol and combined with lemon concentrate and pectin as a gelling agent. It contains no artificial additives.

    The jam works well spread on bread at breakfast, used as a filling for cakes and pastries, or stirred into yoghurt. The net weight is 230 g.
