The Birch CPQ5 is a point-of-sale receipt printer with a modern, compact design that takes up little space while delivering solid performance. It prints at 300 mm/s with 203 dpi resolution and has a 4 MB buffer. Using direct thermal technology, it supports 1D and 2D barcodes such as QR code and PDF417, as well as the ECR/POS command set.

Connectivity options include USB, Bluetooth, RS232 and LAN (Ethernet), so the printer integrates easily into existing point-of-sale systems. A built-in cutter, an audible alert and an optional light indicator help keep checkout operations running smoothly. The printer comes in black and can also be wall-mounted.

The package includes the printer, power supply, a roll of thermal paper and a USB cable. It accepts paper up to 79.5 mm wide with an 80 mm roll diameter. An operating temperature range of 0 to 45 °C ensures stable operation in a variety of environments.
