Biorganik organic millet 500 g

Millet is probably the oldest grain produced by humans.
It contains many valuable proteins, such as methionine, which significantly strengthens the immune system.
Since it has a relatively high fat content, it is a good source of energy.
The only cereal that contains complete proteins and that has an alkaline chemistry.
It does not cause gas formation and is easily digestible.

Minerals: potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, fluorine, silicon.
Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3.

Use: as a side dish, as a main dish with vegetables and spices, for making pâtés, for millet

Preparation: wash and cook.
Swelling capacity, approx. 5 dkg of millet. 5 deciliters of water are required.
Cooking time 15-20 minutes.
