This baking paper is designed specifically for air fryers and helps prevent food from sticking to or burning on the basket. Measuring 23 x 23 cm and made from 40 gsm paper, it is heat-resistant up to 220 °C and can also be used in electric ovens, microwaves and steamers.
The paper creates a barrier between the food and the basket, so dishes stay moist and less food is lost to the base. Because the basket no longer needs scrubbing, it is easier to clean, which may extend its service life.
Each sheet is intended for single use. The pack contains 50 sheets and weighs 100 g.
