Aeroperfect ™ is a combination of a special fan and a modified oven that provides a steady baking. The heat is distributed to all sides of the food without a difference in temperature, so the food roasts evenly everywhere in the oven. The result: the cookie does not crack, every side of the food is smoothly sprinkled without having to rotate the baking sheet and it also looks perfect and has a perfect taste. In addition, the oven is more efficient and is also energy efficient.

Automatic steam dispenser function

To use the automatic steam dosing function, just simply pour water into the designated tank. The oven then automatically adds steam to the oven during baking and keeps fried foods in a humid environment. This prevents the food from drying out, preserves their juicy and also promotes crispy bark.

Steamassisted
Manual steam dispenser

Steamassisted is a steam program where you can manually add steam to the oven. It only replenishes the water tank and presses the steam dosing button during baking. This provides a constant temperature in the oven, increases humidity, and the fried foods will be juicy and tastier.

We care about nature!

More than 300,000 sea animals in the oceans die every year as the effect of discarded waste. To contribute to the decline in this number, we focused on production from recycled materials. Thus, the Beko ovens offer parts such as door parts and displays that are made by recycling fishing nets and industrial waste. Thus, in 2019 and 2020, we were able to recycle 71 tons of waste, contributing to environmental sustainable development.
