This gluten-free, vegan wholegrain bread weighs 250 g and is made from water, oats, hemp seeds and a blend of sunflower seeds, brown flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, yellow flaxseed and millet. Hemp seeds make up 3.0% of the recipe. According to the product information the bread is also lactose-free and high in fibre, provided mainly by psyllium husk and apple fibre.
Rapeseed oil and vinegar bind the loaf, and salt adds flavour. The ingredient list makes it a suitable choice for anyone avoiding gluten, animal products or lactose. Oats are declared as an allergen.
