This BALVITEN gluten-free multiseed vegan bread roll comes as two 50 g rolls, 100 g in total, and is made for people following a gluten-, egg- and lactose-free diet. Its crisp, tasty crust is made entirely from plant-based ingredients, so it suits anyone with sensitive dietary needs.
A mix of sunflower seeds, flaxseed and chia seeds gives it a nutty flavour and a pleasant texture. The recipe includes buckwheat flour, rice flour, corn starch and natural sourdough.
The roll works well with breakfast or lunch and pairs easily with a variety of toppings. Please note: the product contains soy.
