Ingredients: 100% organic coconut flour. Made from finely ground, dried, defatted coconut meat. It comes from an ecologically controlled farm. Its texture is similar to wheat flour, but it is lactose- and gluten-free. It is high in fiber and protein, but low in carbohydrates. Its general use includes baking, cooking, making sauces and smoothies. Since it does not contain gluten, a little more water must be added to the raw material to achieve the traditional dough consistency.
