      The pleasant warmth of the Avide infrared bulb calms the body and improves blood circulation.

      The infrared lamp can be effective:

      - to alleviate colds and respiratory complaints
      - can reduce muscle pain
      - may be suitable for treating skin injuries
      - Beneficial effects: The beneficial effects of infrared are well known. The heat penetrates under the skin and thereby stimulates blood circulation, which relaxes the muscles and reduces pain. As a result, detoxification and healing can be accelerated.

      Its use requires special attention, as it can even cause burns or eye inflammation if you do not close your eyes during use. A maximum of 5-10 minutes of use per day is required. The lamp should never be kept close to the treated surface, depending on the strength, the ideal distance is 50-70 centimeters.

      In case of fever, it is forbidden to use an infrared lamp!
