PCI Express 4.0 brings double power
The Lockerstor Gen3 series contains four m.2 slots for NVME SSDs. These newly updated M.2 slots now support the PCI Express 4.0 bus, which offers double performance compared to PCI Express 3.0. ADM supports both cache and storage for faster random I/O power.

USB4 is more than storage
The Lockerstor Gen3 is equipped with two high -speed USB4 ports that provide up to 40 Gbps. USB4 ports are compatible with Thunderbolt 3/4 devices, allowing data transfer, storage, archiving and backup faster than ever before.
Connecting two ASUSTOR NAS units by connecting USB4 ports can be achieved by quick data transfer, synchronization and backups without using network ports. Combined with features such as Datasync Center and SMB Backup, this can significantly reduce backup time.
