The late hours of the 1990s. Arizona runs the 70th highway through the bleak desert of heat-the press is already referred to as "Devil's Highway". There is no trace of people, but the deadly confusion is a threat itself: disappeared people, amazed authorities and a dreadful tribal community. The federal government sends Delta Green's agents to the scene - just to realize that the investigation leads to deeper than they thought ... all the way to the power of Unnatural.
