    Apotheke Jó éjszakát! is a loose herbal tea blend made with lemongrass, valerian and lavender, ingredients traditionally valued for their calming and relaxing properties. It is a good choice for an evening routine when you want to wind down before bed.

    The recipe was developed in cooperation with the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. To prepare, pour 250 ml of boiling water (100 °C) over one tablespoon of the herb mix, cover and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes. The recommended intake is 2 to 3 cups per day.

    Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with gallbladder disease. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Net weight: 70 g.
