    Apotheke Lélegezz! is a loose-leaf herbal tea blend developed in cooperation with the Department of Pharmacology and Herbal Medicine at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Králové. The recipe draws on traditional folk experience as well as scientific knowledge.

    The blend contains thyme, aniseed fruit, elderflower, lime blossom, liquorice root, meadowsweet shoots and rosehip. To prepare one cup, steep one tablespoon of the mixture in about 250 ml of hot water at roughly 80°C, then cover and let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes.

    The recommended intake is two to three cups a day. Use should not exceed four weeks. It is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people under 18, those sensitive to salicylates, or people with blood clotting disorders. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Net weight: 70 g.
