APIVITALIS Raw Linden Honey, 1000 g, is made from the fragrant nectar of linden blossoms. This monofloral honey has a golden, amber-like colour, a woody aroma and a fine, distinctive taste. It is unheated and crystallises naturally, so it keeps its natural characteristics.
Linden honey is traditionally valued for its antibacterial, disinfectant and calming properties. It is often used for colds and bronchitis, and it is also suitable for skin care.
The ingredient list is 100% linden honey, raw and not heat-treated. Per 100 g it provides 330 kcal, 80.8 g carbohydrates and 0.4 g protein. The recommended daily amount is 25 to 30 g. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Not recommended for children under one year old.
