    The APC Rack PDU 2G Switched ZeroU AP8958 is a switched rack power distribution unit rated at 16 A and 230 V. Designed for vertical mounting, it takes up virtually no space in the server cabinet. It offers eight outlets in total, seven C13 and one C19, for IT equipment. The unit is black and comes with a one-metre cable.

    Each outlet can be controlled individually, so connected devices can be restarted or switched off as needed. Configurable power-on delays help avoid inrush current spikes and spread the load on the circuit.

    Real-time current monitoring and network management via Web, SNMP and Telnet provide immediate alerts about overloads. This helps keep critical systems running with greater reliability.
