It is normal for wireless charging to warm up easily, especially during intense use, such as long toys or streaming. However, it complies with international security standards, ensuring safe use.

2. Can telephones affect wireless charging?

For optimum wireless charging, we recommend using the official Apple magnetic cases. Avoid non-magnetic or metal case thicker than 2.5 mm and remove each magnet, card or handle as they interfere with the charge.

3. Why doesn't my phone reach 15W wireless charging power and why does the charging circuit not appear?

Make sure that on our iPhone (series 13 or more) iOS 17.2. for optimal loading and displaying; This Power Bank is not compatible with Android. Please note that if the USB-C port also downloads a device, wireless charging power will be reduced to 5 W.

4. Why does the external battery give less than expected charging?
