The Stretch band consists of a rubber band and a belt that can be attached to the waist, the use of which strengthens the waist, helps develop resistance and sense of balance.

Helps increase dynamic leg strength and explosiveness. It can be a useful aid during all jumping, plyometrics and speed training.

It is portable and can be used anywhere.

The rubber band can be fixed or exercises can be done with it in groups with two other people.
