The Alphacool GPX thermal pads are thermally conductive interface sheets with a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/mK, designed for cooling electronic components. According to the manufacturer, they are particularly suited to memory coolers on graphics cards, voltage regulators on motherboards, and northbridge and southbridge chips.

The pack contains 24 grey pads measuring 15 x 15 x 2 mm, a size that fits most components. The flexible material conforms to uneven surfaces, ensuring good heat transfer between the chip and the cooler.

Before installation, remove the protective film from the surface of the pads so that the thermally conductive layer makes direct contact with the component and the heatsink. Careful application can noticeably improve the cooling performance of the system and reduce the risk of overheating under heavy load.
