The Alphacool ES 80mm fan was developed for use in servers and workstations. Unlike the usual 2- or 3-pin fans, it uses 4-pin PWM control, which lets you adjust the speed precisely between 800 and 6,000 rpm. The black frame measures 80 x 80 x 25 mm.
Two ball bearings support a long service life, rated at an MTBF of 70,000 hours. The fan delivers a maximum airflow of 130.83 m³/h and a static pressure of 14.29 mm H2O. Its 30 cm cable makes installation inside the chassis easier.
The operating voltage range is 7 to 14 V, with a current draw of 0.66 to 0.85 A. At full speed the noise level reaches 50 dB(A), so the fan will be noticeable under heavy load.
