All in vegan nectar chicory date syrup, 480 g. This plant-based sweetener combines chicory root fibre with the flavour of dates for a smooth, honey-like taste. It is made from 80% chicory fibre syrup and 20% date syrup, and is suited to anyone wanting to reduce their carbohydrate intake without giving up rich flavour.
The syrup dissolves easily in both hot and cold drinks and can be used in many ways: drizzle it over waffles or pancakes, or stir it into porridge or yoghurt. It also works as a honey substitute in baking and cooking, helping baked goods stay moist and caramelising nicely in the oven.
Its sweetening power is roughly 60 to 70% that of honey, so add it gradually to taste. The product is vegan, plant-based and high in fibre.
