ALBI Mókusfutam board game

The Squirrel Race is a nice, easy family racing game, where the players' squirrels start from the top of the tree and try to find the most beautiful hazelnuts in the area. The squirrels are excitedly scouting the forest to find the delicacies they need for the winter, while they have to watch out for the owl and the fox — they can appear on the paths at any time. The atmosphere of the game is cute and exciting at the same time: every step contains a new opportunity or danger.

The gameplay is simple and fluid: players move their squirrels by throwing, and then, depending on the type of field, they collect nuts, hide the hits in their own holes, or just have to pull away because they got too close to a predator. The goal is to accumulate as many hazelnuts as possible and deliver them safely to your squirrel's four hiding places. The tension is given by the fact that the owl and the fox can appear at any time, so you have to think about every step: did you venture close to a delicacy, or did you rather look for a safer route?

The end of the game is simple and spectacular: the party ends when one of the squirrels has filled all four hiding places. Until then, however, the race against time, luck and predators continues. The Squirrel Run is a truly family-friendly experience: it is easy to learn, colorful, fun, and full of little thrills that keep children enthused again and again.

Get involved in the squirrels' great adventure of collecting nuts and find out who will be the smartest little champion of the forest preparing for winter!
