This vegetable stock base is a 400 ml pouch of broth prepared as a foundation for soups, sauces and other dishes. It is gently simmered for five hours and made from fresh, natural ingredients, including carrots, parsley root, onions, celeriac, kohlrabi, leek, garlic and kale, seasoned with spices. Vegetables make up 35 percent of the content.

The stock is gluten-free, lactose-free and egg-free, and contains no preservatives, additives, colourings or artificial flavourings. It does contain celery, which is listed as an allergen.

Enjoy it on its own or use it to flavour a variety of dishes. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 3 °C and use within two days.
