ALAPLÉ BÁR Natural Vegetable Base Sauce is a member of the “Alap a konyhádban” (“The base in your kitchen”) range of sauce and stock bases. It is made from vegetables left over after cooking a vegetable stock, combined with a stock simmered slowly for a long time, giving a sound base for everyday cooking.

Its clean, natural flavour works in almost any dish without overpowering the other ingredients. It can be used in soups, vegetable stews, sauces or risotto, and it also enriches vegetable dishes, legumes and casseroles. It is a suitable choice for both vegetarian and vegan meals.

The pack contains 260 g. Store unopened at room temperature, away from sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 3°C and consume within 2 days. Contains celeriac (celery root).
