Alaplé Bár Vadas base sauce is a versatile foundation for game-style sauces, part of the "Alap a konyhádban" range of sauce and gravy bases. It is made from vegetable stock prepared from carefully cooked vegetables, so that leftover vegetables are put to good use, and combined with seasonings into a well-balanced base sauce in a 260 g pack.

It complements beef, game, chicken or a hearty vegetable stew. Adding a little cream makes it creamier, while extra mustard and juniper give it more character. It can be turned into a quick Vadas sauce, used to flavour sandwiches, or served as a pasta sauce.

Ingredients: vegetable stock, mustard, sugar, lemon juice. Contains celery and mustard. Store unopened at room temperature away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated below 3 °C and consume within 2 days.
