A one-handed dumbbell is one of the indispensable accessories for strength training at home.
Ideal for many exercises, even for beginners, for strengthening the biceps, triceps, deltoid and pectoral muscles.
It can be used more safely with a threaded rod.
Make sure that only enough weight is placed on a bar so that the safety threaded fastening ring can be wound onto it.
The hole diameter of the weight plates is 31 mm.
