AKTIVSPORT Disc cone set 10 cm

Aktivsport's plate buoy can make your workouts more interesting and useful. The use of the plate buoy is extremely wide, since it can be used for everything from ball games to skateboards and scooters. By avoiding the buoys during training, ball control, movement coordination and sense of balance develop. It helps the mastering and practicing of ball driving and dribbling as a technical element.

With a height of 10 cm and a diameter of 20 cm, the Plate Buoy is large enough to build a special obstacle course using a tactical stick, in which you can practice not only dodging, but also ball lifting/teasing.

Combined with a tactical pole, we can practice running with raised knees and running in all directions. It is also great for ankle strengthening.
Thanks to its flexible material, it does not break even if stepped on, and is easy to clean. Due to its size and color, it is visible from a distance.

We recommend it to sports clubs, schools, individuals, and individual training.

Tactical rod not included.
