This electric preserving pot, with a 28-litre capacity, is well suited to larger batches of home preserving, whether you are working with fruit, vegetables, jams or compotes. Its stepless temperature control, adjustable from 30 to 110 °C, lets you match the heat to the task, from gentle warming to a full boil.

Once the set temperature is reached, the appliance keeps its contents warm automatically, which also makes it useful for serving hot drinks, soups or mulled wine. A built-in drain tap allows liquids to be poured off easily without lifting the pot.
