The infusion of Adamo Lilac flower is a diaphoretic, cough suppressant, and an effective natural aid in colds.
The linden flower contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory flavonoids, mucilages, tannins and essential oil. Lime blossom is considered the most suitable herb for preventing colds. In folk medicine, it is given as a diaphoretic tea for colds accompanied by fever. In respiratory diseases, it has a cough suppressant effect and helps to heal sore throats, not only when taken internally, but also as a gargle.
The decoction of the linden flower has a stress-relieving and mild sedative effect. Against insomnia that occurs during pregnancy, it is recommended to sip a warm cup of lime tea before going to bed. Due to its pleasant aroma, it can be added as a flavoring to bitter or bad-tasting herbal teas.
Preparation:
Boil 2 teaspoons of dried linden flowers with 2.5 dl of water, then filter after 10 minutes.
Tips:
For sweating, consume it warm, preferably before going to bed. Honey made from linden flowers also has an excellent sedative and antiseptic effect, and you should sweeten your linden tea with this in case of flu.
