    Adamo Bodzavirág is recommended for colds, upper respiratory tract infections and fever relief. Also a mild laxative.

    Medicinal tea made from elderflower relieves the upper respiratory symptoms of colds and fevers. Antiperspirant, mild anti-inflammatory, expectorant effect.

    It also has a mild laxative and diuretic effect. Its effect can be enhanced with linden wood and rose hips.

    Due to its pleasant aroma, it can also be used to flavor bitter teas.

    Preparation: Boil a teaspoon of elderflower with 2.5 dl of water, then let it stand for 5 minutes. Filter and drink warm, sweetened with honey, or chilled, 3-4 cups a day.
