Rosehip tea stimulates the functioning of the bile, which is why it is good against liver disorders and an excellent diuretic.
The active ingredient of the rosehip lies in the seeds, so the tea is made from two spoonfuls of crushed rosehips: boil for 10 minutes in half a liter of water. So that the vitamin C in it is not lost, the rosehips are sprinkled into the water at the moment of boiling. After it cools down, drink it sweetened, warm or cold, in several portions throughout the day.
Dosage:
The usual dose is 1-2 grams of leaf powder or chopped leaves and fruit.
